Bodyboard Lessons
We Offer Best BodyBoard lessons in Waikiki.
Although we recommend surfing, bodyboarding is always a fun option. The sport of lying down surfing is a great way to enjoy the waves without worrying about the techniques involved with standing up.
Our lessons are taught by professional instructors who are well versed in waterskills and will make sure you’re well taken care of. You’ll be coached from the very beginning of the lesson to the end.
First we teach you how to hold the bodyboard and how to position yourself. Next we go over how to put your fins on and the basic technique to propelling yourself.
Once we are in the ocean, we guide you out to the lineup where the waves are breaking. We help you pick out the best wave to ride and pull you into it. From there the momentum of the wave will carry you!
The thrill of having a wave carry you is an addicting one!!

Why bodyboard?
Bodyboarding is a simple way to jump in to the ocean and enjoy the waves. Since bodyboards are smaller they are easier to bring with your wherever you go.
A lower barrier of entry because all you do is have lay on the board and you’re ready to go.
Great for toning your legs as the main method of propelling yourself and catching waves is kicking your legs.
Also a great transition sport if you want to try surfing but are too scared to try!
